Questions, answered
Do I need to integrate a separate PMS?
No. SFURO is the property-management system, so turnovers schedule straight from each reservation. There is no third-party PMS integration to connect or keep in sync.
Is there a marketplace fee on cleaning revenue?
No. Unlike marketplaces that take a percentage of each job, SFURO charges a flat per-cleaner seat and takes no cut of your cleaning revenue.
Are QA photo inspections and audits extra?
No. QA photo checklists and inspection audits, the entire product some janitorial vendors sell separately, are bundled into the plan rather than billed per inspection, per photo or behind a higher tier.
How is it priced?
Pricing is per cleaner-seat with unlimited job sites. Crew covers scheduling, photo proof, timekeeping and invoicing; Crew Pro adds double-entry books, ACH payouts and a client CRM. Current prices are on the plan cards above.
Why is SFURO cheaper per cleaner?
Additional cleaner-seats are $8 each, versus $29–35 per extra user on general field-service apps. For a growing crew that difference compounds every month.
How do clients pay, and can I pay my cleaners?
Clients pay by card at the ~2.9% processor passthrough or by ACH at about 1%, and invoices and payments post to the same system that schedules the work. Crew Pro adds ACH payouts to cleaners and double-entry books.
Is there a per-location minimum or a quote?
No. Where some commercial platforms require a 15-location floor, a sales quote or a percentage of revenue, SFURO publishes per-cleaner pricing with no minimum number of sites, so serving more buildings does not multiply your bill.
Is there an implementation fee?
No. Setup is $0 with no required paid onboarding, unlike platforms that mandate an implementation fee before you can go live.
Can I verify staff are actually on site?
Inspection photos record the device location when they are taken, so you can see a cleaner was at the site. A geofenced clock-in is on the public roadmap.
Do clients get their own view?
Yes. The client portal shows each client the schedules, QA inspections and issues for their own locations, scoped to just their sites.
How does timekeeping work?
Cleaners clock in and out in the app, and their timesheets roll up into contractor pay by vendor.
Can clients book online, and can I prepare bids?
Not yet. Online booking for cleaning clients and bids for commercial contracts are on the public roadmap, where you can vote for them. Supplies and costs are tracked per account today.
